Glenn Miller wurde am 1. März 1904 in Clarinda, USA geboren.
Er startet seine Karriere im Jahr 1926,
1937 gründete er sein erstes Orchester.
Am 1.08.1939 nimmt Glenn Miller mit seinem Orchester
den Titel "In the Mood" auf.
Ein Millionenhit!
Im Jahr 1944 trat Glenn Miller in die US Armee ein
und starb bei einem Flugzeugabsturz
über dem englischen Kanal.
